Subscription & Billing Terms

What ValiCrew costs, when you are charged, and what happens if you stop paying. These terms form part of the Terms of Service.

Trial

Every new workspace starts with a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start it, and nothing is charged during it. You get the full product.

A trial covers one company. Adding a second company requires an active subscription.

Price

AED 199 per month, or AED 1,990 per year if you pay annually. One flat price for the workspace — we do not charge per user, per employee, or per vehicle.

Each additional company beyond the first is AED 179 per month (or the annual equivalent), charged as a quantity on the same subscription, so you still receive one invoice with one renewal date.

Prices are exclusive of VAT. UAE VAT is calculated at checkout. You can store your TRN so it appears on your invoices.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. Invoices, receipts, card changes and cancellation are all handled through the Stripe customer portal, reachable from the billing page inside your workspace.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep full access until then.

We do not offer refunds. ValiCrew is self-serve with a 30-day trial that requires no card, so you can evaluate it fully before paying anything. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions alike, and to partial periods.

What happens when a subscription lapses

If your trial ends without a subscription, or a subscription is cancelled and the paid period runs out, or payment fails and our retries are exhausted, the workspace becomes read-only.

Read-only means:

• you can still sign in, read everything and export your data
• you cannot create or change records
• automation stops — reminders, digests and scheduled notifications no longer send

Your data is not deleted when a workspace goes read-only. Retention is described in the Data Retention & Deletion policy.

Removing a company

Removing a company is a deactivation, not a deletion: its records remain and it can be reactivated later, which requires a free slot again.

A deactivated company frees its billing slot at the next renewal, with no credit or refund for the remainder of the current period — the same rule as cancelling.

Changes to pricing

We may change prices. Existing customers will be told by email at least 30 days before a change applies to them, and never mid-period. If you do not accept a new price you can cancel before it takes effect.
