Payroll & WPS Disclaimer

ValiCrew prepares payroll figures and salary transfer files. It does not make you compliant. This page says plainly where the line is.

What the platform does

Calculates gross and net pay from the salary structures, allowances, deductions, loans and statutory rules that you enter. Values approved timesheets against the rates and premiums you configure. Computes end-of-service entitlements from the bands, divisors and caps you set. Produces payslips and, after institution-specific certification, generates a Wage Protection System (WPS) salary information file from only the locked payroll lines that your authorized user marked WPS.

What remains yours

The rules are yours. ValiCrew ships versioned UAE statutory monitoring rules as a starting point. They are a convenience, not legal advice, and a later legal change requires a new effective-dated rule release or a rule you configure. Checking that the rates, thresholds, overtime premiums, gratuity bands and leave entitlements in your workspace match current UAE labour law is your responsibility.

The inputs are yours. Contracts, salaries, allowances, attendance and approvals all come from you. A correct calculation on wrong inputs is still a wrong payslip.

The submission is yours. You file with MOHRE, your bank and your paying agent. We do not submit anything on your behalf.

The employment relationship is yours. Nothing ValiCrew produces changes what you owe a person under their contract or under UAE law.

The WPS file specifically

ValiCrew has no universal or unverified production SIF layout. Generation remains disabled until your contracted bank or exchange house supplies its current specification and response samples, accepts a UAT file, and an authorized administrator certifies that exact company, funding agent, adapter version and approved-sample hash. Changing that certified setup disables new generation until it is certified again. Historical files retain their exact encrypted bytes and version.

The salary payment method is an operational choice made separately for every engagement. WPS includes that locked payroll line in the SIF; Direct bank transfer and Cash exclude it. Choosing a non-WPS method is not a legal exemption determination, and ValiCrew does not infer coverage from residence sponsorship, permit, contract length or whether the person is an employee or contractor. You remain responsible for deciding which method is lawful for each relationship.

Before submitting a real salary file, check the employer identity, employee identifiers, paying agents, destinations, pay-period data and totals. Record the institution reference and response evidence. Acknowledgement means only that the file or instruction was accepted for processing; ValiCrew shows a wage as paid only from recorded disbursement evidence.

Ministerial Resolution 0340/2026 monitoring uses the first Gregorian day of the following month, the operational 85% on-time threshold subject to lawful documented deductions, and risk-reminder checkpoints on days 2, 5, 11, 16 and 21. Those indicators cover only Selected for WPS lines and are not an establishment-wide compliance conclusion or permission to reduce anyone's entitlement. File acknowledgement and payment remain separate in the CBUAE UAEWPS lifecycle.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for penalties, rejected filings, underpayments, overpayments or disputes arising from figures ValiCrew calculated from your configuration and your data. The limits in the Terms of Service apply.

We take the accuracy of the calculation engine seriously and it is extensively tested. That is a commitment to the arithmetic being right, not a warranty that the result satisfies your statutory obligations.
