ValiCrew sets very few cookies, and none of them are for advertising.
What we do not do
No advertising cookies. No analytics cookies. No third-party analytics. No tracking pixels. No cross-site profiling.
We do not sell or share visit data, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or anything of that kind. We do not present an analytics-cookie banner because our website measurement does not set an analytics cookie or a persistent visitor identifier. The first-party measurement is described below and in the Privacy Policy.
What we do set

All are strictly necessary — for signing in, for security, or for the page to render in the language you picked.
Local storage
The workspace remembers small interface preferences in your browser's local storage, such as whether you collapsed the sidebar. This never leaves your device and contains no personal data.
On ValiCrew's public landing pages, Field Notes, how-to guides, free tools, signup journey, live-demo booking and sample-workspace entry, a random identifier is kept in session storage for the life of one browser tab. It lets our UAE-hosted application join page views, trusted interaction, active visible time and coarse signup stages or failure categories into one session. Download-button clicks are measured, but free-tool inputs and calculated results are not. No form value, field name or error content is collected. The identifier expires when the tab closes, is not shared with another site and does not recognise a return visit. The random value is transformed with a one-way keyed hash before database storage. Sanitized first-touch source, medium and campaign labels and the referring hostname are kept alongside it in that tab so internal navigation does not rewrite where the visit began. Raw session events are deleted after 30 days and anonymous daily totals after 13 months.
Entering a sample workspace starts an ordinary authenticated ValiCrew session so the application can enforce tenant isolation and permissions without an authentication bypass. The temporary session belongs only to the disposable workspace and ends when the workspace expires. Public website measurement does not run inside the authenticated sample workspace.
This first-party measurement starts automatically on those public acquisition pages. It does not run on sign-in, policy, health, Admin, workspace, Duty or PRO pages. Blocking session storage may prevent events from being joined into a journey, but does not change the site's ordinary server security logs.
The in-app widget
Once you are signed in, the workspace loads our own support widget — the ideas board, tickets and screen recording. It may keep a little data in your browser, such as which changelog entries you have already read.
It is our system, hosted in the UAE, not a third-party feedback or analytics service, and it appears only inside the workspace for signed-in users. What it collects when you actually submit something is described in Feedback, Suggestions & Recordings.
Turning them off
Your browser can block or delete cookies. If you block the session and CSRF cookies you will not be able to sign in — those two are what make an authenticated session possible at all.
Changes
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will ask for your consent before setting it, and this page will change first.
