Every shift covered. Every expiry caught.
ValiCrew runs your duty roster, sends document expiry reminders for every visa, Emirates ID, labour card, driving licence and mulkiya, and handles onboarding, exit clearance and WPS payroll, in one system built for UAE teams. An expired document stops the booking before it turns into a fine.
249 AED a month for your whole company. No card needed for the trial.
a month, whatever your headcount. Nothing per user, nothing per vehicle.
English, Arabic, Urdu, Malayalam and Filipino, right to left included.
Documents stay in your own Microsoft 365 or Google Drive, never on our servers.
Payroll, payslips, gratuity and the WPS salary file, at the same price.
A roster on one screen and expiry dates on another can never warn each other.
Most weeks go fine. It is the exceptions that eat your day, and they almost always start with a date nobody was watching.
That is the gap ValiCrew closes.
The 6am phone call
Someone can't make their shift. Now you need a replacement who is free, allowed to do the job, and close enough to get there.
The licence nobody checked
It expired last month. You find out when the roster is already out, or when someone is standing at the client's door.
Half the shift spent driving
Across town for a two-hour visit. Looks fine on paper. Your best people quietly burn out.
"Who is this?"
A different face every week. Clients notice, and they mention it when the contract comes up for renewal.
It checks before you commit.
Pick someone for a shift and you'll know straight away whether it works, and why not if it doesn't.
- Are they free?
Approved leave, days they've told you they can't work, and shifts they're already on.
- Are they allowed to do it?
The job needs a role and valid documents. An expired one stops the booking.
- Have they had enough rest?
Time off between shifts, and a limit on hours. You choose both numbers.
- Does the client want them?
Anyone the client has asked you not to send, plus language and gender preferences. Regulars come first.
- Can they get there in time?
The distance from their last shift to this one, checked before you promise it to anyone.
- If they're driving, is the car legal?
Their licence, and the vehicle's registration and insurance.
Some things stop you outright, like approved leave or an expired licence. Others warn you, and you carry on by giving a reason. You still decide. You are just not caught out.
Four jobs, one system
Because in practice they are really one job: the right person, with valid documents, in a legal vehicle, at the right place.
Plan a month in a few clicks.
Set up your shift patterns once, then build the whole month from them. Twelve-hour nights, live-in placements and 45-minute visits are all normal here.
- Publish once; everyone works from the same roster
- Open shifts your crew can pick up from their phone
- Every gap visible before it becomes a phone call
Every date, closest first.
Licences, visas, Emirates ID, labour cards and insurance in one list. Reminders count back from each date and go to whoever has to act.
- Your own reminder rules for each kind of document
- Renewal cases your PRO picks up and closes
- The full history of every renewal
Registration, insurance and test, per vehicle.
Every vehicle carries three dates that drift apart. ValiCrew watches all of them and warns you in time to book the test and renew the insurance first.
- Mulkiya, insurance and inspection on one line
- A vehicle with a lapsed date cannot be given a driving duty
- Vehicles across emirates in one list
Who drove what, and when.
Every driving duty records the driver and the vehicle. An expired licence cannot be given a driving job in the first place, so the question never reaches a checkpoint.
- Licence checked at the moment of assignment
- A fine months later still traces to the right shift
- Vehicle hand-overs recorded on the day
Employee onboarding and exit clearance, without the paper chase.
Joining formalities, signed contracts, issued equipment and the access someone needs, and on the last day, everything handed back and closed. One checklist per person, shared with them on their phone.
Asset handover and return
Phones, laptops, uniforms, tools and fuel cards issued to staff, contractors or clients, with the handover, transfer and return history on every item.
Asset custodyAccess removed when someone leaves
A register of the systems, door cards and keys each person holds: who granted it, who recorded its removal and when. Nothing is left open after an exit.
OffboardingVendors, suppliers and subcontractors
One register for the companies you work with, with owner, contract dates, contacts and their documents, and onboarding tasks they complete through a secure link.
Third-party registerEveryone gets their own door.
Your office works in the workspace. Everyone else gets a simpler way in, in their own language.
The crew app
Shifts, start and end of shift, time off and their own documents, in any phone browser. No app store, and the day's duties still show offline.
The PRO desk
Your PRO sees what is due across your companies, opens a renewal case, and has the right documents to hand at the counter, without seeing payroll.
Task links
Send a client or a contractor a link to sign, upload or confirm. No account to create; they confirm who they are with a code.
Whatever your crew does
You set up your own roles, documents and shift patterns, so it fits the way you already work.

Built with the people who use it
Every company here has a say in where ValiCrew goes next.
Suggest an improvement from inside the app and see what other companies have suggested. The ideas the community backs most go to our team for review, and whatever we build reaches every company at the same price, not just the biggest account.
Every one of these happened to us first.
We ran operations in the UAE before we wrote software for it. Each field note is a true story with a short video of the fix.

Can I plan shifts and track licences in the same place?
Yes, and that is the main idea. The licence sits on the same record as the roster, so an expired one stops the booking instead of turning up as a surprise later.
Does it handle 12-hour, 24-hour and live-in shifts?
Yes. You set the start time and how long the shift runs, so twelve-hour nights, 24-hour placements, overnight shifts and 45-minute visits all work normally.
Is there a charge per vehicle or per user?
No. 249 AED a month covers your whole company: every vehicle, every worker, every user.
Can new employees sign their joining documents online?
Yes. Their onboarding tasks reach them on their phone, or by a secure link for people outside the company. They upload documents, acknowledge policies and sign, typed, drawn or by uploading a signed PDF, and you keep a receipt for every signature.
What happens if a vehicle registration expires?
The vehicle should not be driven, and penalties are set by the emirate that registered it. ValiCrew warns you early enough to book the test and renew the insurance first, and a vehicle with a lapsed date cannot be given a driving duty.
Where are my documents kept?
In your own Microsoft 365 or Google Drive, not on our servers. You do not have to upload anything at all: ValiCrew works from the dates and numbers you enter.
How do I track company assets given to employees?
Issue each item to a person, contractor or client and ValiCrew keeps the handover, transfer and return history. When someone leaves, you see what they still hold, and the return can be a task in their exit clearance.
Is Arabic supported?
Yes, fully, including right-to-left layout. Urdu, Malayalam and Filipino too, for the office and for your crew.
What is included in the free trial?
30 days, everything included, no card needed. Your trial starts with sample data so you can see it working straight away.
Can I bring my spreadsheets?
Yes. Upload them into the import review and every row is checked before it is added. Most teams are running by the next morning.
Stop chasing expiry dates
Set up in a couple of minutes, import your staff list, and watch the reminders line up on their own. Free for 30 days.
