Your account

Change your name and email, manage your password and Google or Microsoft sign-in, turn on two-factor sign-in and choose your notifications.

On this page

Your account belongs to you alone, and the same sign-in works in every company you can reach. To open it, use the user menu at the top of the screen, next to the bell, and choose Your account. A menu down the side has four parts: Profile, Sign in methods, Two-factor sign-in and Notifications.

Everyone who signs in to the panel has this page and changes only their own account. If your workspace requires two-factor sign-in, you are asked to set it up when you sign in.

Change your name or email

  1. Open Your account. Profile opens first.
  2. Change your Name or Email address.
  3. If you change your email and you have a password, type your Current password.
  4. Choose Save changes.

If you sign in with Google or Microsoft, that keeps working after you change your email here.

Manage your sign-in methods

Sign in methods lists each way you can get in, and the number next to it in the menu counts them.

  • Password: choose Change password, type your Current password, then your New password and Confirm new password. If you joined with Google or Microsoft and have no password yet, choose Set password: no current password is asked.
  • Google or Microsoft, when your workspace offers them: choose Connect to link your account so you can sign in with it, or Disconnect to stop.

A new password signs your other devices out. You cannot disconnect your only way in: set a password or connect another provider first.

Turn on two-factor sign-in

Two-factor sign-in asks for a 6-digit code from an authenticator app each time you sign in, on top of your password or provider.

  1. Open Two-factor sign-in. Next to the authenticator app, choose Set up.
  2. Scan the QR code with an authenticator app on your phone, or type the code shown under it.
  3. Save the recovery codes somewhere safe. They are shown only once, and you need one if you lose access to the app.
  4. Type the 6-digit code from the app and confirm to turn it on.

From the same page you can make new recovery codes, which stops the old ones working, or turn the app off with a code from it. The menu shows On or Off next to Two-factor sign-in.

Choose your notifications

  1. Open Notifications in your account.
  2. For Approvals, Scheduling and Imports, choose On or Off.
  3. Choose Save.

These choices decide what reaches your notification centre behind the bell. Notices about Documents, Email delivery and Emiratisation always stay on, because they are about compliance and safety. See Notifications and email.

The language button at the bottom of the side menu changes the language of the screens.
